PLAMO: Re-WiredWolf - Plastic Modelling, Share & Learn

Since the whole of today's weather has put a stop to my going out or even flat coating my HGUC RX-78-2, I decided to snap together and prime my 1/144 HG Abyss.

This kit looks quite nice but the amount of cutting needed to minimise masking has caused a weakening of the shoulders(I'll make it a fixed pose with a drop of superglue).

Overall, not a bad kit but as it's a rushed build, I've got a fair amount of seamlines to remove.

Only 1 pic at the moment, weather's getting me down. I've never felt so bloody depressed before.

Back view, a ton of seamlines to remove so am gonna take it nice and slow.

The joints are starting to get really loose so looks like this will definitely be fixed flying pose with Kotobukiya stand.

I've decided to make this a WOOB "entry" since there's no way I can complete the Bawoo in time.

I've painted most of the parts. Even for a HG, there's a fair amount of masking to be done to paint it in its original colours.

I decided to use a custom yellow(yellow + white surfacer) for the yellow parts as well as the red parts instead of following the same colour scheme as the kit's suggested one.

Thanks guys. I will try to gloss coat most of the parts tonight and finish up whatever needs painting(small bits and pieces here and there), mask and spray the sideskirts and hopefully can get the kit decaled by this weekend.
