FWAH... wait till you see the color scheme he is aiming to do!

Hey, i juz realised ur F14 is the same one i did early last year... Academy 1/48.
How the panel lines? Mine were terrible, they were dissappearing from the air intakes forward...
Oh and there's a rather severe fitting problem at the 'junction' where the top fuselage half come together with lower half and the nose landing gear. (hard to describe it) Its juz RIGHT BEHIND the air intakes, which means VERY INCONVENIENT to sand...
Haha, maybe they improve the mold in ur kit... (i dunno the history of this particular kit)
Brudder... if it makes you feel any better, no F-14 kit in existence fits well hehehe... even Hase's has its problems man.
Nice work, the pilots look very neatly done

Here here, lemme correct you guys....
No swing wing aircraft kit has been known to be free of seam filling. It is the nature of the aircraft shape, 2 left and right half fronts and 2 top and bottom half rear fuselages that cause these problems since in effect, you're talking about 4 parts to get a complete fuselage.
Wah Sei

the panel lines are way too shallow

for me sure

Primed and ready to go!!
Printed the camo onto A3 size paper
Trace out for airbrushing and masking

I LOVE THE 0.2mm procon AB!!! those edges are a breeze to do as compared with my paasche...
(sorlie, me have been using the 0.5mm bottom feed AB for the pass 3 years.. still newbie to 0.3 and 0.2

)
will be masking hell again..
