Alright, tried searching a similar topic but no avail..

Im looking to add an "riveted look" on my mecha, so far the closest i have come to is styrene sticks..but it's a pain to work with as they all need to be of the same dimensions

Alternatively i can use a "dot punch" to get away with it with an indent..but that's not really what i want

This is the look that i want to achieve.

it does seem that some of the "dots" are indents rather than rivet?

i have been told Hobby point sells "WAVE" accessories but i've been there and can't find it..

Appreciate if u guys can give me any help. thanks
From the pics you posted, the rivets are indented.
However, if you are looking for riverts that are NOT indented. The smallest riverts that I know if are those from Kotobukiya.
Something like this Round Molds II

For indented riverts, you can use this as a guide
Rivert Guage

Rivert Gauge 2

OR

use a 0.2mm drill bit ($2 from Daison at IMM) and drill shallow holes along the edge for the same effect. Those tiny holes HERE (Pradon the sloppy work)

Edit: added the word "NOT"
thanks for the prompt reply max, that clears things up a lot easier

been walking around the whole day

The reason i did not want to do indents is b'cos..rivets are supposed to be protruding, as why indents didn't seem right to me..can't get it in my head
order online easier. Cheaper also
