How do we spend our time? Is it fruitful? Is it worthwhile? Do you live life without any regrets..
For me.. one thing is for sure. I live my life with no regrets
Me and some of my friends were talking over coffee and the following came up and wonder.. how come some pple are more successful than others...
how do they spend their time.. hmm.. ponder ponder...
Now lets see this simple formula:
1. Assuming average life expectancy - 85 years
2. 1/3 of our lives spent sleeping - equivalent 28 years
3. Average 8 hours a day for studying, for about 15 years - equivalent 5 years
4. Average working 10 hours a day, for about 45 years - equivalent 19 years
5. Commuting on average 1.5 hours a day - equivalent 5 years
6. Watch tv on average 1 hour a day - equivalent 4 years
*****
That left with about 24 years of free time for ourselves over the span of our life.
Now that I'm 31 this year. I would have used up approximately (24 x 31/85) of my free time already, which leaves me with about 15 years of time left to pursue my other interests, assuming i have good health and ample finances along the way to enjoy them.
That's not a lot left, not forgeting the time to be spent with my family and children in future....
LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!!
