DONE.. my FIRST Macross Kit.
The experience is very enriching and pain in the @ss
But.. it is very rewarding to finish this.
Panel line was done using Tamiya enamel gun-metal.
Fastpack was Mr Colour No.72 "Intermediate blue"

I find the fast pack blue abit too bluish for my taste but it does have abit more anime look.
The stand idea is fantastic! No drilling required? Excellent build once again!

Like the clean look, shade of blue and flying pose a lot - but there doesn't seem to be panel-lining on the wings/white parts of the legs and body? Maybe the pic is a bit small, can't see clearly ... closeup pics would be great

I think the missile pods u refer to are those that are mounted under the wings? Those are optional from the weapons set.

Only the thrusters are a bit to "black" if you understand what I mean?

Yeah... but since he added the pilot that came with the weapon set already, it means he should have the missile pods lying in his pile hehe
