looking good! more pictures would be nice.

i do find the placement of the four ammo boxes at the rear a little unnatural though... perhaps you can place 3 nicely, but with one out of place?
very nice weathering! I love the paint chipping effect! Smile
ooh. i want to start mine right away!!! id you manage to cover the gap on the underside of the hull above the tracks? i dont remember the string to tie the OVM and stowage provided in the kit..
I'll post up more pics later =) .

@king_gojulasmk2:

I actually used my own string. Heh. The string is diff from those that u use to sew. I've had it since over 8 years ago, used it to fly kites back then.

I don't get this question though :"you manage to cover the gap on the underside of the hull above the tracks?"

You mean the part where the upper hull connects to the lower hull and theres a gap above the tracks?
yes.. when you put the 2 hulls, there is huge lobang above the tracks, can see through to the cupola when not mounted. i is not armour expert but i think there shud be sthg above the tracks leh.. haha

Oh. for that i didnt cover e gaps. cuz i sprayed black on the insides, so when i look up at it from below i cant see anything but total darkness. but from the cupola on top u can see abit cuz of some light entering through.

if u want you can put 2 styrene strips at e upper hull to cover up Em58
If you have some DML or academy shermans lying around, you can use some of their spare periscope guards and hatch handles. Tamiya kindly forgot to supply these.
Nice work. But like dylan say, the 4 .50 Cal ammo box are kinda out of place. You should put in a whole row of it and then secure with string. Just my 2 cents worth.
