My "beloved" country can't even produce a true blue Singaporean olympic medalist... Now they said wanna have a Singaporean F1 driver... Is this a joke? Gonna import some foreigners and make them a Singaporean to race for us? I can't help but kept thinking that this is crazy.....
What's new.
Pay someone and change the citizenship lor..

Wake up gahmen!
Erm, I wonder which car company will represent Singapore in F1 races.

We do have a lot of talented drivers in Singapore, just whether or not the government is willing to support motorsports in Singapore. From the early days, Ringo Chong, Denis Lian to the young Hafiz Koh today, all have performed well on international stage, though with the lack of support. Ringo Chong has a podium finish to his name in the Aston Martin cup just this GP and many more in the past, Denis Lian has won the AFOS Formula 2000 series couple of years back and Hafiz Koh hasn't done too bad in A1 GP. And looking at the tracking scene today, Singaporeans play a huge part in Sepang track days. If the government is willing to support the talents we have back home, we definately do not need any foreign talents to represent us in this field.

Got neon lights under the car one or not??
The spoiler must be big big also. Wind blow the car can fly backward type.
Don't forget the amps and subwoofers! Em120
Not in a million years. We can't even get someone to use a ping pong bat properly let alone drive a car. I believe there were a couple of hopefuls who left after failing to get sponsorship and being threatened with NS.

Honda or Toyota will ask Singapore to go fly kite... and say "Don't waste our money"....
People want to talk about F1 driver and the whole discussion digresses to having an F1 team. Two completely different things altogether.

If you're talking about representing a nation in motor racing, go watch A1GP. Then again, it's a series most non serious racing enthusiasts have not heard of.
