Seeing as how the Japanese don't fly the Raptor or the Flanker and you just know only the Japanese would try something like this...

These screen shots are from the Japanese version of Ace Combat 6. Each expansion pack includes new planes with some of them skinned with the girls from Bandai Namco Game's other hit Xbox 360 idol growth project game, Idolmaster: Live for You. The planes' individual stats are based on their respective idol's vital statistics.

How big are these two games in Japan? Enough to help sell out 360 units in Japan and have a concert for the latter game. Bandai Visual also used the concept to create the Sheryl Nome and Ranka Lee VF-25s for the All That VF clip. And yes, I do intend to get a 360 eventually for IM@S and AC6.

I thought they were real at first. But after inspecting them closely... it was clear enough they were CGs. Great work though.

It does serve it's purpose at getting you noticed...

If I was in a multiplayer battle with one of these planes, that's totally gonna be the one I'm going to shoot down...
