IT'S A GT-R!
I have one uncompleted Skyline lying so I decided to finish it off as part of the group build.
The body colour is done with Gunze Silver mixed with a generous amount of semi-gloss black, to kill the brightness, over a semi-gloss black undercoat. Three light layers of gloss to protect the silver and I stopped there. I am not going to polish the body so as to save time and lots of headache. And somehow, I like it this way.

Note the small dots at the boot. I accidentally contacted that area while the gloss was still drying.
The interior was my own artistic lisence. Used Gunze aircraft grey for the light portions and 36118 for the darker portions.

Note the missing GT-R logo on the wheel.
The Nismo LM GT4 rims are done in semi-gloss black. The brake discs painted in Tamiya Flat Aluminium and the calipers in Gold Leaf

Lost my Brembo decals for the pads...

Something I came with while trying to figure out how to the raised GT-R logos. I just washed the Rs with red enamel paint. Saves me the trouble of wrestling the decal in to place and screwing up the softerner portion. Pictures are taken before clean up.

Looks Like I have to dust the model throughly and remove all the bloody debris.
